With the sheer amount of blockers on the screen, you might already give up on this Dreamworld level before you even start. But if you take a closer look, most of the blockers are icing blockers, which can be destroyed just by making moves adjacent to them. Because majority of the board is composed of blockers, you don’t have to worry too much about Odus.
There are only three licorice cages, and you don’t even need to remove them. Also, there is only one ingredient that you need to bring down in order to win this level. The difficult part is the target score that you have to reach, and of course the limited moves that you have in level 55. If you want to know how you can pass this level, here are some of my Candy Crush tips that might come in handy.
- Objective: Bring down the ingredient and score at least 50,000 points.
- Moves: 15
- Stars: 1 star = 50,000 points; 2 stars = 70,000 points; 3 stars = 125,000 points
At the beginning of the level, you only have one available move, so you won’t have problems making decisions on what move to do. But as you progress throughout the level, you will have the option of choosing from many possible moves.
Keep in mind that in every move that you make, you should be able to destroy at least one icing blocker so that you open up the whole board. Once the board is cleared, it will be easier for you to bring down the one and only ingredient in this level. Try to make moves on the right side of the board since that is where the ingredient is located.

You might think that your ingredient is trapped by licorice cages on the upper right side of the board. However, it is best that you leave those cages as they are so that when the candies cascade, the ingredient will be propelled closer to the center of the board and not on the far right column. It is easier to manipulate the ingredient when it’s in the center of the board.
Just make sure that you remove the icing blockers surrounding those licorice cages in order for cascades to work to your advantage.

Since 50,000 points is quite high for a target score, you should take every opportunity to make combos in order to increase your score. Keep in mind that dropping the ingredient will only give you 10,000 points—a far cry from the score that you really need to get to the next level. Combos will also help you clear the blockers in as few moves as possible.
As always, don’t forget to keep an eye on Odus, especially when you’re activating special candies and combos. It is best to make combos during the Moon Struck mode, when Odus is up and away.
