I personally find “free the ghost” levels more difficult than other levels because the bubbles move when you hit them. Thus, you cannot have a solid game plan because the bubble that you want to target in your next move will already be out of reach when you aim your next ball. The cloudy bubbles do not offer a consolation, as you never know the color of these bubbles until you hit them—and realize you’ve hit the wrong bubble.
But no matter how many times you have to repeat level 19 of Bubble Witch Saga 2, you’ll still succeed in the end. All you need is a luck combination of bubbles and a few tricks up your sleeve.

Tip #1
The most important thing that you need to do in levels such as these is to target the bubbles closest to the ghost. I know, that’s physically impossible at the start of the level, so you have to work your way there.
Focus on creating a path towards the ghost so that you’ll be able to target the bubbles directly surrounding it. Look for any weak spots to help you get rid of a huge amount of bubbles using just one ball.

Tip #2
Like I said before, the bubbles rotate when you hit them. This isn’t totally a disadvantage as this will provide you with a new angle to get as close to the ghost as possible.
For instance, if you no longer have any viable bubbles to hit that are within your perspective, you can take advantage of the rotation the bubbles are doing by looking at other angles where your ball might do damage. Simply aim towards the left or right side of the bubble clusters to rotate them either clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Tip #3
If the rotating bubbles annoy you or simply shake you out of your game plan, you can also avoid them completely. Simply aim near the center so as not to upset the other bubbles. With this move, you keep the arrangement of the bubbles intact, allowing you to plan for your succeeding moves.
Remember that the rotating bubbles have their set of advantages and disadvantages. By controlling their rotation, you also give yourself higher chances of winning this level and getting closer to Bubble Witch Saga 2 level 23.
