The bubbles are arranged in layered hexagonal patterns in level 58 of Bubble Witch Saga 2. That means that there are spaces between them, but you won’t be able to reach that space if you don’t create a hole first in the bubble layers. You also have several black bubbles peppered all over the board, which somehow hinder you from reaching the colored bubbles.
Fortunately, there are many bubble clusters that you can find in this level, enabling you to finish it even if you only have 28 moves. Here are some hints for Bubble Witch Saga 2 to help you out in level 58.

Tip #1
You’ll encounter two sets of bubbles in this level. The first one are bubbles arranged in a pentagon, while the second set of bubbles are arranged in a larger hexagon, connected to the ceiling by a thick layer of bubbles.
I was able to get rid of the whole pentagon of bubbles in just one move by targeting the bubbles connecting it to the hexagon. You can do the same by looking for weak spots just like what I did. Just make sure that you aim carefully so that your balls don’t end up in useless places.

Tip #2
Just like what I said before, you’ll find a lot of bubble clusters in this level. These are groups of bubbles of the same color, just waiting to be hit by a ball of the same color. These clusters can help you get rid of plenty of bubbles in just one move (you’re focusing on the bubbles, just as you did on Bubble Witch 2 level 50).
Combo shots are also great in increasing your score. Keep on doing this and you’ll score three stars in this level. If you can’t find any huge cluster or weak spot with your current ball, remember that you can switch balls as needed.

Tip #3
As you already know by now, the only way to get rid of black bubbles is to target the bubbles surrounding them. There are many black bubbles in this level that serve as obstacles for your game, so you need to target the bubbles directly above these black bubbles in order to make them fall off. Otherwise, you won’t be able to move up the board and target the top bubbles, which you need in order to fulfill the level objective.
