At first glance, it seems like level 23 of Candy Crush Dreamworld is very easy because the only blockers on the board are icing blockers, which you can easily get rid of by making moves adjacent to them. However, the fact that the jellies that you are supposed to remove are under those blockers can make things a tad complicated.
There is also only one Moon Struck mode in this Candy Crush Saga game, making it harder for you to take advantage of its features. Still, this level couldn’t be that hard. Here are some of the strategies that I used in getting past this level.
Quick Guide
Tip #1 – Work low in order to break icing blockers.
Tip #2 – Make combos to destroy jellies.
Tip #3 – Balance Odus at all times.

- Objective: Clear all the jellies and score at least 60,000 points.
- Moves: 35
- Stars: 1 star = 60,000; 2 stars = 140,000 points; 3 stars = 180,000 points
Tip #1
Remember that you first need to get rid of the icing blockers in order to remove the jellies. You will not be able to accomplish this if you work on the wider part of the board. Hence, you should try to find matches near the icing blockers not just to get rid of them but also to open up the board, paving the way for more matches to be made.

You should also try to make as many special candies and combos as you can in order to conserve moves and help remove the double jellies. Vertical striped candies are perfect for eliminating columns of icings and jellies, as long as you place them strategically. You can also combine striped and wrapped candies, as well as color bomb and striped candies for maximum destruction.

Tip #3
Perhaps the only downside of the first two tips I gave you is that there is a risk of unbalancing Odus. When you work low, you activate cascades that might tip Odus over. You also have no control over combos, and one combo might unbalance the moon scale and end your game prematurely.
What you can do is to make sure that Odus stays balanced with every move you make. Once you already notice that he is leaning towards one side, immediately remedy it so that even if you trigger another cascade or combo, you are more confident that Odus will not fall from the moon scale that easily.
Once you get past level 23, get ready to collect some ingredients in Candy Crush Dreamworld level 24, where you will be facing a board composed of difficult nooks and tricky maneuverings.
