Licorice cages and jellies are no longer new to you, but the layout of the board might make this combination slightly harder for you here in level 48 of Candy Crush Dreamworld. Even though there are only 21 jellies to blast off, the fact that you only have 20 moves to do this can make this level considerably harder than usual. And of course, let’s not forget the balancing act that you have to do with Odus.

Tip #1
The easiest jellies to clear in this level are the ones surrounding the licorice cages, so start with them first. If you can’t find any matches that will remove the licorice cages, don’t sweat it out and aim to remove one or two jellies in every move. Wasting moves is definitely not advisable in this level, considering that the number of jelly squares is higher than the number of moves for level 48.

Tip #2
If you want to remove as many jellies as possible in just a few moves, your best bets are special candies and candy combos. A simple wrapped candy can already do much damage, but make sure that it is placed on top of the jellies you are trying to remove. You can also combine a striped candy with a wrapped candy, or create a huge explosion by combining two wrapped candies that will remove most of the jellies.
Once again, the only danger with these combos is its effect on Odus’ balance. Always keep an eye on Odus so that he does not accidentally fall off the moon scale.

Tip #3
The center of the board is where all the jellies are concentrated, so your focus should also lie on the center of the board. Avoid making matches in the peripheries, especially if they won’t help you achieve your level objective. If there are really no more matches in the center, try to work low in order to induce cascades that might remove a jelly or two.
If you just can’t get enough of licorice cages and jellies in an odd board, don’t worry because you’ll have more of it once you reach Candy Crush Dreamworld level 50.
