Ordinarily, 40 moves to bring down six ingredients already seem enough, especially in a wide board such as this. But with licorice cages and chocolates blocking your way, you might find this level harder than usual. Add the fickle Odus to the list of obstacles in this level, and you might find yourself struggling to get to the next round. But just like any other level, there are ways to get past this level and move on to the next round. Here are some of the Candy Crush cheats that I used in my own game in order to achieve the level objective. Objective: Bring down the ingredients and score at least 60,000 points. Moves: 40 Stars: 1 star = 60,000 points; 2 stars = 100,000 points; 3 stars = 150,000 points Tip #1 The board is divided into two by licorice cages. If you don’t unlock any of the cages, the candies will not fall to the lower part of the board, and the ingredients will not reach their destination. In order to save on moves, prioritize unlocking the licorice cages that are directly below the ingredient that you are trying to bring down. As for the chocolates, try to get rid of them as soon as possible so that they will not spread to the rest of the board. Don’t worry because this task will be easy enough. Back to Top Tip #2 Vertical striped candies will always be valuable in levels dealing with ingredients, and level 54 is no exception. However, you can also use other combos in order to pass this level. A striped and wrapped candy combo or a color bomb and striped candy combo will be very helpful towards succeeding in this level. It will also be a lot easier for you if you can line up the ingredients before activating a vertical striped candy in that column. That way, you’ll be able to bring down more than one ingredient at once. Back to Top Tip #3 Odus will not be easy to balance in this level. He will fall off the moon scale once you reach an excess of eight candies on one side. Therefore, it is very important to keep Odus as close to the middle of the moon scale as possible, especially when you are about to set off special candies and combos that might easily upset the moon scale.
