Level 68 of Candy Crush Dreamworld is regarded as one of the hardest levels in this game. Just like other jelly rounds, the board is full of jellies with just a few licorice cages serving as obstacles. But what makes it so hard is the fact that you only have 18 moves to finish the game.
Odus also makes it a bit more difficult, since it is very easy to outbalance him. I actually repeated this level several times because Odus kept on falling off the moon scale. I admit that this will be a very difficult Candy Crush level, but here are some strategies to somehow help you get to the next round.
Quick Guide
Tip #1 – Unlock the licorice cages first.
Tip #2 – Make special candies and combos.
Tip #3 – Balance Odus on the moon scale.

- Objective: Clear all the jellies and score at least 200,000 points.
- Moves: 18
- Stars: 1 star = 200,000 points; 2 stars = 250,000 points; 3 stars = 300,000 points
Tip #1
Unlocking the licorice cages is essential in getting the candies to flow on the left side of the board. If you start clearing the jellies right away on the left side, you will soon realize that you have run out of candies because the cages are blocking their flow. Prioritize making moves on the right side of the board so that you can ensure that your board will never run out of candies.

Tip #2
Because you only have 18 moves in this level, you need to maximize every move that you make. You cannot just settle for the regular matches. You need to make an effort to create special candies and combos.
As always, the best combos that you can create are the striped and wrapped candy combo and the striped candy and color bomb combo. These will surely blast off tons of jellies on the board, making it easier for you to remove the remaining jellies. You can also activate these combos during Moon Struck mode, but do not rely on it too much because the Moon Struck mode only lasts for one move.

Tip #3
Odus is very fickle in level 68, as only six candies on one side can make him tip over. In fact, he just might be your biggest problem in this level. The only thing that you can do is to try to keep him in the middle of the moon scale at all times so that he does not accidentally fall over whenever you activate combos and create cascades.
It is also quite hard to balance Odus in Dreamworld level 70, so you can consider level 68 as a sort of practice for that impending jelly level.
