I found this level enjoyable because of the many opportunities to create special candies. But it can also be frustrating when you have to put the special candies side by side to collect the order requirements. With the right Candy Crush strategy, however, you can pass this level and advance to the next round.
Be prepared to deal with a ton of meringue and chocolate as you begin. This level is difficult enough to beat as it is, so don’t make it harder on yourself by attacking the chocolate barricaded by the meringue without a solid strategy in place.

Hint #1:
At the beginning of the level, there isn’t much space on the board because of the presence of chocolates and meringues. Clear these first so that it will become easier for you to create special candy combos. If you have the chance to create striped candies, then you can use them to remove the meringues and chocolates from the board. You also wouldn’t want the chocolate to take over your board, so take care of them first before you collect the orders.

Hint #2:
There are two ways to make special candies — one is through deliberately making them and another is through the cascading effect. If you want to save on moves and take advantage of this cascading effect, start playing from the bottom of the board. Make sure that you are always on the lookout for possible opportunities to create combos even on the upper part of the board.

Hint #3:
Focus more on the wrapped + wrapped combo since this is the hardest order to do. When you have created wrapped candies, be careful not to detonate them by accident. Also, avoid preserving special candies that are no longer needed to finish the level since they might go off on their own.
Remember not to worry too much about the striped + striped combo because this is the easiest one to make. You’ll have plenty of chances to make them as you progress through the game. For now, clear the obstacles and focus your energies on making wrapped candies and color bombs.
Good luck clearing those candies. This is a tough level, but Candy Crush level 137 just might be even more tough.
