Welcome to Candy Crush level 158. Your goal is to get a single ingredient to the bottom of the map. It sounds a heck of a lot easier than it really is, just like most of the other levels you’ve played so far.
Chocolate fountains and licorice cages are going to stand between you and your goal. If I recall correctly, I think I spent approximately 15 lives on this level alone trying to beat it. I finally did, and somehow managed to score a little more than 55,000 points for three stars. Use these hints to make your challenge a little bit easier.

- Stars: 1 star = 10,000, 2 stars = 45,000, 3 stars = 50,000
Hint #1
The right side of the map is technically the bottom. Your priority should be to break the licorice cages as quickly as you can and focus on making moves on this side of the map. This will offer you the best chance to quickly move the ingredient. With a little bit of luck, you will be able to make several moves in this section and create an early path to victory.

Keep an eye on the chocolate fountains, these pesky devices cannot be removed. Each time you make a move without destroying a piece of chocolate (with the exception of your first move) a piece of chocolate will be placed. Do whatever you can to keep the chocolate in check. Because the right side of the board is only 2 columns wide, chocolate can quickly block your path to victory.

Hint #3
Special candies can be extremely useful here. While you should be focused on the right side of the map, you may be able to create striped candies to assist. Horizontal candies can be used to clear chocolate or the licorice cages, even from the left portion of the board, and vertically striped candies can be dropped into the right side to quickly clear a path for your cherry ingredient. A striped and wrapped candy combination will also clear a large chunk of candy for you.
There is an element of luck to this level, however, if you follow these hints you should be able to give yourself a bit of an edge. Now, you’ll be on your way to the next level of Candy Crush.
