Candy Crush Level 17 Tips
Level 17 of Candy Crush Saga can be regarded as one of the most difficult levels in the Candy Factory section. Although the goal is the same as the other ingredients level, the number of ingredients as well as the limited number of moves make this level more challenging than it looks. The ingredients on the outer columns are the ones which are particularly hard to bring down. The point goal on level 17 shouldn’t really be an issue, so don’t focus too much on that particular objective. Here are some tips that should come in handy in finishing this level. Objective: Bring down 4 ingredients and score at least 40,000 points. Moves: 19 Stars: 1 star = 40,000 points; 2 stars = 50,000 points; 3 stars = 60,000 points Tip #1: Whenever you get the chance, try to get the cherries on the outer columns towards the center, since it is easier to bring them at the bottom of the board if they are in the middle columns. The shape of the board makes it hard to bring down ingredients at the peripheries, so start with bringing them down first to make this level a lot easier for you. Back to Top Tip #2: Just like most levels requiring you to bring down the ingredients, the vertical striped candy would be very handy in this level. The wide board makes it easier for you to find candy combinations to create striped candies, even though there are 5 types of candies on the board. Make sure that you activate the vertical striped candy when it is located in the same column as an ingredient. You may also create horizontal striped candies and bring it down to the bottom of the board, so that you can easily drop the ingredients near the bottom of the grid. Combining striped candies with wrapped candies can also work wonders for you in this level. Back to Top Tip #3: Since you only have 19 moves in level 17, you should make every move count. Each move that you make should get an ingredient down at least one level. If you waste any move, you might find yourself running out of tactics as you reach the end of the game. Keep your goal of bringing down the ingredients as your top priority. Hopefully this was a good preparation for you as you move into the jelly madness that is Candy Crush level 18.
