Although this level only has two types of blockers, the cake bomb combined with a toffee tornado is enough to drive you insane. In level 421, you need to combine 7 pairs of striped candies, which could have been easy to do had it been any other board. But with all six colors present and a tornado always upsetting your moves, you might find yourself repeating this level over and over again.
Actually, I found it more frustrating than difficult because the tornadoes kept on messing up my Candy Crush Saga game. The cake bombs also go off just when I was about to make a match. But still, here are some things that I learned while playing this maddening level.

Tip #1
There are four striped candies covered in marmalade found on the four corners of the board. You can uncover them and let the top candies meet the bottom candies, but you should know that this is no easy task. You need to carefully plan your moves so that you don’t accidentally set it off.
Another alternative is to make striped candies which you can partner with the ones on the board. With the unpredictability of the game due to the toffee tornado, this might be easier said than done.

Tip #2
The great thing about cake bombs is that once you clear them, they also clear the rest of the board. While this is extremely beneficial if you have a bad board, it can also be annoying if you’re trying to setup some moves. The only consolation perhaps is the fact that whenever you remove a cake bomb, you also free up some space, which can increase your potential of matching up striped candies.
Try to make at least two matched orders before you proceed with activating a cake bomb. This will help make things a lot easier for you later on.

Tip #3
Color bombs are also very helpful in limiting the number of candy colors present on the board. That way, you can easily make four-candy matches to make striped candies. Don’t make the mistake of matching striped candies with color bombs, since those moves won’t count towards your goal, anyway.
Props to you for passing this level! But take note that this serves as an exercise for the equally frustrating Candy Crush level 425, where you also have to collect orders while the toffee tornadoes spoil your plans over and over again.
