Candy Crush Level 45 Tips
Although the objective of level 45 is pretty simple, this level is dreaded by many Candy Crush fans because of the lone jelly in the middle of the board, which is practically impossible to clear by just matching normal candies on the board. Worse, you have to do it twice because they’re all double jellies. Furthermore, the licorice cages add difficulty to the game, making this board one of the more difficult levels in Candy Crush Saga you and I have had to play yet. Here are some strategies to help you out. Objective: Clear all the jellies and score at least 140,000 points. Moves: 35 Stars: 1 star = 140,000 points; 2 stars = 175,000 points; 3 stars = 250,000 points Tip #1: The hardest part of this stage is clearing the middle jelly, basically because it is surrounded by holes. You cannot possibly clear it using ordinary means. However, you can clear this jelly twice by using several candy combos that you can make on the rest of the board. For instance, you can make a horizontal or vertical striped candy that should be activated at the row or column where the middle jelly is located. You may also create a color bomb and match it with the color of the candy in the middle block. Another option is to combine a striped candy with a wrapped candy along the middle of the board to create a giant candy. Always remember to grab any opportunity to clear the center jelly, since this is the hardest jelly to remove. Back to Top Tip #2: Do not focus on clearing the licorice cages, since they do not contain jelly underneath. You may finish a level without breaking any of these cages. However, it might be helpful to break a few of these just to widen your board and give you more chances of creating special candies and combos. Just make sure that you do not put all your attention into releasing the locked candies, since this is not the objective of the game. It is important not to lose your focus on the game’s objective. This will trigger cascades that can help generate more matches and special candies that will help you clear not just the center jelly, but also the rest of the jellies on the board.
