You’ve made it to Candy Crush level 71. Allow me to congratulate you, as that’s certainly no small feat. The levels certainly don’t start getting any easier from here, though. So, strap yourself in! Your mission here is to remove more jelly.
I was slightly confused by this board layout at first, and it took me a little while to figure out how the candies moved around. Licorice cages and an isolated section of this Candy Crush board will make this a challenging level. Be sure to follow my tips and strategy below to make your task a little easier.

Tip #1
The first thing you may notice is that a section of the board does not contain candies. If you look at the three spaces with licorice cages you’ll understand why. You’ll need to remove the cages before candies can fall into these open spots on the board. You’re going to want to keep an eye open for any striped candies or chocolate balls in order to break these obstacles. As long as these cages exist it will be very challenging to defeat this level.

Tip #2
After the licorice cages, your biggest challenge will be the single piece of jelly in the isolated section of map in the lower right. Of course, you might find yourself lucky and get a match from the start. If not, you will need to create special candies to deal with it. A well placed striped candy combined with another striped candy could remove the licorice cages and this piece of jelly. A striped candy and a wrapped candy combination can work even better!

Tip #3
When in doubt, work in the lower left section. Even if the cages are in place, candies will move from the upper right section into the lower left. This will allow you to clear some of the jelly and perhaps shuffle enough candies so that you can create the combination you need to deal with the cages. Just be sure to look for such a combination after every move. It would be a shame to shuffle away your chance at an easy victory!
And that’s all this level takes. It might take you a few attempts and some luck, but don’t become frustrated. With a little bit of practice, you’ll be taking your matching talents to Candy Crush level 72 in no time.
