At first, the level 81 of Candy Crush board may look a little intimidating since there are two blank rows at the bottom of the board. These rows are being blocked by licorice swirls and cages.
However, with the right strategy, I found it is quite easy to bring down the ingredients even without clearing the whole board of licorice swirls and cages. There are only three cherries to bring down, and scoring points is not really a problem on this particular level of Candy Crush Saga. Follow my three tips below and you should be able to beat this level fairly easily. Let me know how it goes!

- Objective: Bring down the ingredients and score at least 30,000 points.
- Moves: 32
- Stars: 1 star = 30,000 points; 2 stars = 90,000 points; 3 stars = 120,000 points
Tip #1:
You might be tempted to clear the whole board of licorice cages and swirls, but remember that you only have 32 moves. You need to refocus your attention on your objective, and that is to bring down the three cherries to the bottom of the board.
Therefore, you should not let those licorice blockers distract you and instead just focus on making matches directly below the ingredients until you get a clear path for dropping your ingredients to the bottom of the board. Of course, you may choose to clear all the blockers to provide you with a wider board, but make sure that you do not waste all your moves doing just that.

It is also important to make a hole below the ingredients, meaning you should only break the licorice swirls and cages that are blocking your ingredient. You may also remove other blockers, but just focus on the ones directly below the ingredient in order to economize your moves. Who knows, you might only need one hole in order to finish this level.

Tip #3:
Just like in most levels, candy combos can be very helpful in level 81. The striped candy and wrapped candy combo is particularly useful for removing all the licorice swirls in a single blow. Another good thing to use is the vertical striped candy, since activating this on the column where the ingredient is located can automatically drop that ingredient from the board.
Remember, the important thing is to make every move count so you can make your way to the next level. Always keep your mind on the objective and do not get distracted by other extraneous elements on the board.
