You only need to bring one bear above the candy string, but it isn’t as easy as it sounds like. The board in level 19 of Candy Crush Soda Saga is pretty high, so you need to painstakingly guide the bear upwards while keeping the soda levels up in order to make the bear float over the candy string.
You don’t have to worry about the first part of the board, however, since a vertical striped candy has been prepared for you. But after that, you need to know the following Soda Saga tricks in order to achieve you goal and move on to the next round.

Tip #1
In order to propel the bear towards the candy string, you need to make moves on top of it. Remember that the movement of candies is upwards, so removing candies on top of the bear will push it up towards the candy string.
It is best to look for vertical candy combinations to make it quicker for the bear to move upwards. Keep in mind that you only have 27 moves in this level, so every move counts.

Tip #2
The whole board is not covered in soda. In fact, there will come a time when the soda levels are too low already and not enough for the bear to reach the candy string.
Fortunately, there are many soda bottles on the board. You just need to pop them in order to increase the soda level and propel the bear upwards. You can either match the soda with candies of the same color, or you can let fishes do the job for you.

Tip #3
While special candy combinations are very helpful in this round, one especially important special candy is the vertical striped candy. If located on the same column as the bear, it acts like an elevator that immediately clears the way for the bear to move towards the candy string.
Unfortunately, aside from the vertical striped candy that’s given to you in the very beginning of the level, it’s not easy to come across one. Just remember that if you get the opportunity to create one, don’t hesitate to do it. You may also combine a striped candy and wrapped candy, but I bet that’s even harder to come across.
After finishing this round, get ready to find the bears again in Candy Crush Soda Saga level 20.
