The board in level 21 of Candy Crush Soda Saga might be more difficult than other levels with a similar goal because of the presence of cupcake obstacles and licorice cages. In addition, all the soda bottles that you need are locked in the cages, and you have to release them first before you get to use them. This can get especially complicated because the blockers in the middle might impede the flow of candies. The key here is to release all the soda bottles in order to achieve your goal in 30 moves.
