Level 47 can be quite challenging because of the presence of metal boxes. Furthermore, some of your pets might even be sitting on top of these metal boxes, hence making it difficult for you to save them.
I had a hard time with this one initially, but was finally able to beat it through some trial and a ton of error. Fortunately, there are several boosters available in this level of the game, so make sure that you use these boosters wisely in order to advance to the next round of Pet Rescue Saga.

Hint #1:
There are many metal boxes in this game, and the only way to get rid of them is to use the line blaster booster, which looks like a spring. You can find this booster on the far left column of the board. Do not waste this booster and try to hit as many metal boxes as you can rather than colored blocks. You can use the colored blocks later for making clusters and help you reach the 20,000-point mark.

Hint #2:
You will also find free balloons in this level together with the line blaster booster. In order to maximize the use of balloons, you should get as many same-colored blocks as possible before you pop the balloon. This way, you can increase your scores and at the same time save pets that were stuck between clusters of colored blocks.

Hint #3:
Keep the metal blocks on top of the screen so that when there are no moves left, those blocks will get knocked off the top of the screen. Make sure that the pets are not affected, since you need to save 6 pets to get to the next Pet Rescue Saga level.
