Are you ready for, by-far, the biggest tip you could ever possibly find for Candy Crush?
Many ReadyGamers will never make it to the end of this guide, and thus will never know how their friends who also frequent RG have moved so far ahead of them in the game in the same amount of time they’ve been playing.
You may recall my mentioning back on tip #6, you could switch back and forth between Facebook and your mobile device to get a fresh set of five lives. But what happens when you’ve run out of moves on both your device and Facebook? Do you just quit and wait for your moves to build back up so you can do this all over again?
Well, you certainly could, but if you’re a ReadyGamer then you and I both know there has to be a better way. There’s always a way for you to be an even better candy crusher.
I’m about to show you how, in just 6 easy steps, you can trick your mobile device into giving you a fresh set of lives. This process only takes about a minute. Maybe even less once you know your way around your phone’s settings menu.
Here’s how:
- Close out of Candy Crush on your phone or device.
- Go to your phone or device’s “Settings” menu.
- Find the option to set your “Date & Time”. On the iPhone, you would first click “General,” then “Date & Time.”
- Turn off “Set Automatically” for iPhone users.
- Now, set your phone time three hours into the future. If it’s 5 PM where you are right now, set your phone to 8 PM.
- Re-open Candy Crush.
Now, when you get back into the game you’ll find a fresh set of 5 lives waiting for you to take advantage of.
If you run out of these five lives, simply go back and cycle through these same 6 steps again. When you’re done playing, go back to your “Date & Time” settings and with switch back on “Set Automatically,” or manually set your phone to the correct time yourself.
No more sitting around waiting for your friends to send +3 moves invitations. You no longer have to pay for new lives unless you want that convenience, and you no longer have to wait half an hour for a new move that you might end up losing on your first try on a level anyway.
